Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund or return products within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product does not meet the return conditions.
